The process starts with a floor plan. Studios can upload their layout directly through our site, and our team reviews ceiling height, room dimensions and existing electrical capacity to calculate the panel configuration, wattage and coverage needed for even heat across the whole practice space.
From there, we schedule a consultation to walk through the recommendation — including the choice between frameless and framed panels, fixing method (recessed, hanging chain or direct mount), and any smart control options the studio wants to add.
Once a configuration is confirmed, panels are manufactured and shipped with full CE, UKCA, LVD, EMC, IEC and RoHS certification documentation, along with the relevant technical data sheet for the studio's records or building compliance needs.
Installation itself is typically completed by a qualified local electrician following the supplied specification — panels connect via a standard 1.9 m cable at 110V/240V AC, and most studio installations are completed within a day once panels are on site.
After switch-on, studios have direct access to our team for any questions about thermostat scheduling, maintenance or future expansion — many studios that start with a single room return later to heat additional rooms as their class schedule grows.
